Your swinging experiences in US of A

Team, we are going to the US for 6 weeks in USA summer this year.  Would consider hooking up with local USA swingers, however wanted to know if anyone had any advice or experiences (good or bad) to share.

USA is a big place you would need to be more specific about where.

There are clubs and resorts, swingers cruises out of Florida and this October Los Angeles.

We are from the Seattle area (On kiwi swingers to plan our first trip to NZ). Kasidie is big in the NW USA for online dating. Club pravata in Portland is lots of fun (basically a swingers night club)

If you're going to San Diego (and you really should, great city for more than just swinging), I recommend Thad's. It's a large swingers club with three floors and an outdoor area, with a pool.

Couples only on the top level, open in the other areas. They have private and public areas to play, and some areas where you can shut a door, but still be watched. Single males are admitted on all nights/days, but men have to be nude in the club at all times, females can wear whatever they choose.
