Okay with only so few replies and less than two weeks to go, we've decided to abandon this idea and stick with something more intimate. Thanks for those who replied, maybe we'll see you all in May at the official KS meet. If anyone else wants to plan something for Auckland Anniversary weekend, feel free to start a new thread and give it a go.
