Sharing Occasions provide inclusive, stylish, elegant and sophisticated events for open expression and safe exploration for couples. 

We pride ourselves on our values - safety, discretion and strength of relationships, encouraging all couples who identify with these to apply.  You control the night, ‘no’ means ‘no’ and there is no obligation to engage if that is what you choose. Make whatever of it you wish. We understand the importance of compatibility so we invest time into understanding your interests to ensure we can create events for people who have similar interests.    

Location 

You will be notified of the location at 12pm on the day of the event - this is for discretion and excitement. Events will be held no further than 40 minutes away from Auckland CBD - We also hold events outside of Auckland such as Wellington, Queenstown and Christchurch.

What to expect 

The occasions are held in clandestine places of luxury, decadently designed to ensure you feel comfortable and safe. The hosts welcome you with champagne upon arrival, say a few words that provide the rules for the evening then kick start the night with an elegant live musical performance in the social area. This dedicated space provides all compatible, like-minded guests an area to relax, meet other couples and simply enjoy the hospitality. Should you discover another couple who you have agreed to explore your mutual desires, there are designated private rooms that allow for couple-centric exploration.

How we ensure compatibility

SO Nouveau (18-35 years)

Our guests at these most popular events have diverse desires and enquiring minds – think curiosity, think timid, think fearless…. Some have boundaries, some don’t. Many prefer to ask each other ‘why not?’ than ‘why?’. The demand for these events is so great it often enables us to host separate, compatible occasions from a ‘dip the toe’ introduction through to full exploration. You will be selected for the most compatible event based on mutual desires, experience and time together in your relationship.

SO Mezza (36-55 years)

Although there is a range of experience for our guests at these occasions, many typically know what they want and are strong relationship communicators. Some are in new and improved relationships whilst others have raised families and have decided to explore couple-centric engagement as a rekindling of their love. 

SO Seasoned (56+ years)

These decadent occasions are full of laughter, comfort and familiarity. Our guests are rich with experience in the lifestyle. They find themselves reconnecting with friends of past whilst having the opportunity to meet new, like minded couples to share the evening with. It is a true pleasure to be a part of these occasions and witness the love each couple have for each other.

In special circumstances we will accept applications for an alternate occasion if the details in your application suggest a greater likelihood of compatibility at that event. 

Dress 

Men are expected to arrive in suits, ties optional, women are expected to arrive with a high degree of polish. Consider what you wear underneath as that will be your piece de resistance so may your imagination run as wild as your desires.
