Play Rooms – multiple rooms and play spaces (open doors), St. Andrews Cross, spanking bench, Sex Swing, some restraints and other accessories. Large open plan social and dancing area, shower and toilets;

Play Accessories – Feel free to bring your own toys, tools and play accessories. We supply condoms, lube and wipes, but please bring your own towels for shower use.

Food & Drinks – We provide light food and snacks to keep your energy up. Bring Your Own (BYO) drinks.

Policy – Drink responsibly, No taking of pictures or videos without express permission from those involved. No smoking or vaping inside the house; No refunds.

Plus-One – You are free to bring a guest to the party, but please get permission from us first. You will be held responsible if they misbehave at the party. Any plus-one must pay the applicable entry fee.
