As nervous first timers to the club we went on a week night and got there early ( as in opening time lol) as we got a tour from Karl and then had a good look around on our own before it got busy. Weekends are busier so maybe try a week night.

They used to have a 'Nervous Newbies' night... not sure if they still do. Our first time we didn't play with anyone else but kept ourselves busy trying out EVERYTHING and watching others. We had a blast!

Also Karl and Chloe ( the owners) are darlings, they will answer any questions you might have.

I did report a photo once, a few years ago. I recognized a woman I knew from a single guys photo and I knew for a fact they weren't a couple.

The response I got wasn't helpful so I ended up contacting the woman offsite and letting her know.

The photo disappeared shortly after...

Looking to facilitate another far north low key/no pressure meet and greet at a public venue.

Thinking Kerikeri this time instead of Mangonui..  Would this encourage more peeps from Whangerei and surrounding areas ?

Any thoughts on a Kerikeri location? I have one in mind but keen to hear other ideas.

Also... singles! They weren't a particulary popular addition to the invite for the past few meets and singles tend click attend but dont show up..  1 great guy turned up last meet out of 14 single guys who had clicked attend grrrr.....

I'm thinking singles need to be vouched for by us or other couple attendees.. anyone who has been to a previous meet gets automatic acceptance..

Funsingle I get that it must be frustrating being a single bloke on here.. my thoughts on your comments...  I (Mrs G) fancy both men and women and our profile says we look for both BUT I dont fancy ALL men and women. For us it's all about attraction and compatibility.

Its probably nothing personal or a powertrip when you get told "no thanks"...  you're just not the right guy for them and as you've been a couple on here you must know theres a need to be selective...

Not seen any x-rated activity... Orpheus bay on the west coast seemed to be the place to go for that.

For us it's not looking that's an issue,  it's the non blinking staring and space invasion.
