How about something like this for a idea meet with a group of people on a nice warm day on a fairly private river bank or beach somewhere with a nice soft grass bank with shade warmish water for skinny dipping we all bring some food and drinks to share as well as sharing some sexy fun could be a fun way to spend a weekend

We were chatting in the chat room the other day about similar .... we were talking about finding a farmer in the lower North Island that we can use a secluded spot with trees and a swimming hole for a weekend of camping and free enough to stay naked for the weekend smile and would be cool and fun with a bunch of swingers together for a weekend :)

Years ago there was a lot of "Meet and Greet" evenings around the country, these were a no commitment to play and basically a names to faces meet and chance to suss out who was local and what they were like.

I ran all the ones in Wanganui and Palmerston North and they were very popular back in the day.

Do we need to revitalize this event? In the light of Covid and seemingly a reluctance of people to meet others would the meet and greet events rekindle and kickstart the scene again Post Covid?

In the era we attended such events in Motueka, Wellington, Levin, Napier, Palmerston North, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Taupo, Rotorua, Hamilton, and Auckland.

My ones I selected a venue that provided a free 'room' to have a private event in, rule was NO troublemaking and no BYO and all alcohol is to be purchased from the.

The outlay financially for the organizer is minimal and a door charge is not required from attendees, the meets need to be set up and promoted at least a month before the event date.

When these were being run in the day they attracted attendees from all over the country especially regulars form the site chat rooms.

My wife has been disabled since she was 18 months old (semi paralysed right side), we have been swinging for over 25 years and doesnt let it stop her having fun smile Hang in there ..... enjoy life and many people will make allowances for any disability or hinderances.

Moved back to Palmy about 8 months ago and still no ladies that wanna play ......... Wife quickly hooked up with a gentleman and they get on well together smile :) but Im still after a lady to play and more importantly be a friend (with benifits) on the odd weekday afternoon as I can often finish work around 2pm.

Had an awesome FWB a few years ago and while we still keep contact she has moved away.

I think from the many years we have been swinging the scene certainly goes through "seasons" where theres times of abundance and times of drought.

Seems a lack of ladyfolk wanting to play? Palmy seems quiet on the swing front

[b:32d2b54db2]I joined a few groups and they seem to be pretty stagnant sad [/b:32d2b54db2]:silly: Even emailed a creator of one of the groups asking what was happening with it and got NO reply ..... If you have joined a group..... remember as well as these forums, there's a forum within the group(s) for your use, these forums get the group a bit more livelier and helps members to interact. And if you own a group and have a querie from a member that has taken the time to join your group, and the time to message you ..... pleeeeeeeese ..... make an effort to reply smile The site owners have given us an awesome site to use and facilities within it. Thumbsup to them.:jagsatwork:

Another of mums which I think has become a life motto for me ......... "If you're silly enough to try it ...... its silly enough to work" maybe why I can succeed at most things I try lol
And now for something completely Different................. (No its not a man with 2 butts) Was yakking in chat today and subject got to the humerous things our parents said to us aspecially when we were kids; What are some of your memories? The 2 I remember from mum was A/ When we were doing something dangerously dumb "If you kill your self Im going to give you a thrashing" B/ the other was "Kids need smacking every day, if you havent done anything wrong you have thought about it" Whats some of your amusing fond memories of yah parent(s)
