It has come to my attention that someone who attended our last auckland meet has chosen to break the whole naming and shaming rule and told another attendees family that they were at a " fuck fest"
firstly I have to say I am truly horrified that any of the people who came along, who enjoyed the atmosphere and company and who agreed to not only the meet rules but the site rules would think this is appropriate.
secondly i would like to point out that the meet and greets are strictly a NO SEX event. what people do afterwards is up to them but it does not occur at any meet I arrange!
Because of this selfish individual my gut reaction was to never arrange another meet again but Jace has since talked me down as this is a risk that comes with attending a site like KS or meeting anyone from here i guess.
I do have to say that though that I am personally doing what i can to find out who this person and this situation will remain under further investigation.

like i said jace has talked me round and i will continue to arrange meets BUT when i find out who this person is they will not be invited any further and i may have to be more selective on who comes now too, which is a real shame that 1 person had to ruin it like that

This was my first event, but I thought EVERYONE knew discretion is the name of this game? That someone would do this is pathetic and I hope you find them, name them and ban them from the site.
That is sooo not on!! I agree that one of the main factors of this sort of meet/greet/site is discretion. And I agree that if they want to carry on like this go find another site. Do not bring our one down as it is an awesome site even just to chat to people in the chat room let alone meet.

I would however like to reiterate, that I have been to two meets organised by AnJ and I felt not only very welcome and at ease, but completely safe in the no pressure and respectful environment that is provided by the hosts. AND had a fabulously fun time!
Like Wabby I have developed friendships with some awesome people from here, and it is disheartening to say the least to hear that some who are priviliged enough to be invited to meets abuse this.
And to the anonymous blabbermouth...sounds like sourgrapes to me.
Please don't let one bad egg ruin it for us AnJ. It is so refreshing to be able to attend a meet as a woman on my own and still have a fab time!

Browsing the forums and stumble on this. This is a no go and what our friends here do in their own pleasurable time is their own privacy,this really needs to be investigated.

So you are all aware the investigation procedure will likely follow the following path:
Complaint received.
Information reviewed objectively.
If necessary all parties contacted to present their side of things.
A ruling will be made by the moderation team.
All parties involved contacted with the outcome.
Any penalties or punishments administered.
At the moment we are at step 3...
So please can everyone calm down, this will be dealt with as per the rules as laid out by kiwiswingers that everyone agrees and is supposed to adhere to.
Let the process have the time it needs to be completed.

It is voicing of furstration and discust at the seriousnes of the offence.
We know that naming people wont happen publically because that breaks the same rule of discretion - again frustration, but we dont drop to their level

yes we are all upset by this trust me on that
but lets not turn this into a lynch mob, as responsible site members we need to be sure we stand by the same rules that we are so upset that this person did not.
I have no problems with people posting up their disappointment that somethign like this would happen but lets be careful that this remains civil and i do promise that we will deal with it as per the rules and guidelines laid out to us by the site administration.
I have to say, now my initial annoyance has subsided that I like how the mods are treating this incident. It is easy to see why this is such a popular site. Keep up the great work guys, us users really appreciate it.

Sadly the idiots manage to spoil all sorts of things, but please don't let it stop you organising , what we have heard to be, awesome meets. Fingers crossed we hope to come and join you guys for the big end of year meet.
my god!! what a horrible,selfish person,you go out of your way AnJ to arrange a meet and this rotten individual has to ruin it for everyone,top marks to you jace for talking AnJ down in regards to her not wanting to hold another meet it's not hard to see why with an individual like this in our your composure AnJ,im sure this person will come to the surface eventually,being the close knit group that is ks so keep up the good work AnJ as you are extremely instumental in making this site the wonderful place that it is.

Im reasonably new to this site and the whole swinging thing and Im obbviously being a little cautious at this stage.
I was thinking seriously about coming to the next meet & greet. Im now recosidering as I certainly dont want people outside of Kiwiswingers finding out about my activities. It's a shame there has to be one in every bunch that has to spoil it for the others.
